Sexual Threats Prompt Arrest Of Man In Baltimore County: Police
A man issued written sexual threats to women outside Cockeysville businesses, police said. Officers arrested the suspect.

COCKEYSVILLE, MD — A man accused of issuing written sexual threats was arrested Sunday in Baltimore County, police said.
Officers said the suspect approached women on two separate occasions outside businesses in the Cockeysville area and told them to read a notebook that had written threats soliciting sex.
Authorities said the threats indicated that the suspect was armed, but he did not have any weapons at the time of his arrest.

There are no reports of the suspect carrying out a physical or sexual assault, a press release said.
The Baltimore County Police Department identified the suspect as Micah Sakey Narteh, 24.

Online court records show that Narteh was charged with one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Narteh has a bail review Monday at 1 p.m. His trial is scheduled for Dec. 30.
