Six Baltimore County Art Teachers to be Honored at Statewide Awards Ceremony
Towson, Ridge Ruxton and Loch Raven teachers are among those being recognized by the Maryland Art Education Association.

Six Baltimore County art teachers will be honored at the Maryland Art Education Association (MAEA) Awards Ceremony in November – and that number might grow.
Each year, Baltimore County Public Schools selects teachers to be honored at the statewide event. Beyond that, BCPS nominates educators for state level awards, and, this year, four BCPS educators have been nominated by BCPS and MAEA for regional and national awards. The MAEA ceremony, where both local and state awards will be presented, will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore.
