Tiana Wynn Elected Board President at The Arc Baltimore
New Officers Also Elected at Annual Meeting

Tiana Wynn, a Partner at SB & Company, LLC – one of the country’s largest minority public accounting firms, has been elected President of the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore.
A past winner of The Arc Baltimore’s coveted President’s Cup for providing exemplary service to the organization, Wynn joined The Arc Baltimore Board in 2019. She initially served on and then chaired the Board’s Development & Marketing Committee. She joined the Board’s Finance Committee in 2022 and was named Board Secretary. She was elected Vice President of the Board in 2023.
Professionally, Wynn has a breadth of experience in the accounting industry, with a specific focus in external and internal audit, employee benefits design, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. She received her MBA in Organizational Leadership, Management, and Related Support Services from Loyola College in Maryland.

The Arc Baltimore elected Wynn as President during its 2024 Annual Meeting and Awards Reception and:
- Matthew Yancisin (Chief Financial Officer, Alterwood Health, Inc.), as Vice President;
- Marianne Bishoff (Regional HR Manager, Carter Machinery), as Secretary;
- Robbie Thompson (Assurance Partner, EY), as Treasurer; and
- Erik Daly (Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, Fulton Bank), as Immediate Past President.
“Each of these individuals brings tremendous skills and experience to our Board, which will be instrumental in continuing to advance the mission of The Arc Baltimore,” says The Arc’s Chief Executive Officer, Kathleen McNally Durkin. “While we will continue to see new challenges and opportunities in the coming year, I am very confident we are up to the task with the leadership of our Board.”

In addition to the election of officers, The Arc Baltimore’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony featured the election of two new board members (Tyler Duckett-Oliver, a Labor & Employment Attorney at Miles & Stockbridge, PC, and Chrissy M. Thornton, President and CEO of Associated Black Charities) and two Directors Emeritus (Former Board President Thomas Sand and Former Board Vice President Jill M. Vocci).
The Annual Meeting and Awards Reception provides an opportunity for The Arc Baltimore to recognize those individuals who have gone the extra mile in their service to the organization and those people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are recipients of The Arc’s programs and services.
