Towson Crime: Burglar Swipes Chocolate Pie

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Armed Robberies: 6300 block of York Road, at 8:55 a.m., Dec. 29. The Starbucks and Weight Watchers stores were robbed at gunpoint. Ryan Harris, 18, was later charged with the crimes. 

First Degree Burglary: 6400 block of Blenheim Road, between 4 and 8:54 p.m., Dec. 28. A burglar destroyed a basement door, stole a chocolate pie, a video system and prescription medicine. The burglar also stole electronics from the home next door.

Fourth Degree Burglary: 6600 block of Collinsdale Road, between midnight Dec. 27 and 2:34 p.m. Dec. 28. A man entered a basement storage area without permission. He was found sleeping and was arrested and charged.

First Degree Burglary: unit block of Debonair Court, at 6:40 p.m., Dec. 26. A man threw a rock through a window and tried to break into a house.
