Dine Out for Valentine's Day

Want to treat your significant other to a fancy dinner out? Here are some ideas.

It should go without saying, but expect restaurants to be packed, and try to make reservations now.

At , owner Lisa Troia Martin said the restaurant's chef, George Batlas, may have some great specials alongside its regular menu.

"For Valentine's, we kick it up a notch," Martin said. "So maybe instead of minestrone soup we've got the bisque. Or instead of regular beet ravioli, we might do a shrimp ravioli with lobster sauce over it."

has a special dinner featuring seafood paella, chocolate and strawberry flan and complimentary champagne.

will also feature a special menu, including fliet mignon, lobster tail and chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert.

The  will be running their regular menu, plus a special dish for two to share. Chef Daniel Henry said the tavern will also have chocolate-covered strawberries and "long stemmed roses for the ladies, complimentary."

 will be serving heart-shaped pastries at its locations, including Kenilworth, Belvedere Square and Bare Hills, now through Valentine's Day.
