Truck Crashes Into Townhomes, Hits Gas Line In Towson: Reports
A trash truck crashed into Towson townhomes. The collision felt like an earthquake, a report said.

TOWSON, MD — A trash truck crashed into Towson townhomes Monday morning. Nobody was hurt.
Firefighters announced the crash in the 200 block of E. Pennsylvania Avenue at 8:34 a.m. on Facebook.
Photos from the scene showed that the truck hit the wall between two townhomes, damaging the outer wall of both houses. WBAL reported that one of the homes is vacant.

The truck also hit a gas line, bringing BGE to the scene to shut it off, Baltimore County Fire Department Lt. Twana Allen told WBAL.
Resident Marissa Farrow told WBAL that the truck was stopped across the street when it started rolling without anybody inside.

"Unfortunately, it seems like one of the workers may have left the brakes off of the vehicle during the time of the pickup or whatever they were doing in the area," Farrow told WBAL. "I can see the employees coming behind the truck. No one was in the vehicle when it started drifting."
