Two New Officers Named to The Arc Baltimore Board of Directors
Bishoff, Montgomery Elected During Annual Meeting

Marianne Bishoff and Erin Montgomery have been elected Vice President and Secretary, respectively, of the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore.
Bishoff, who previously served as Secretary of The Arc Baltimore Board, is the Regional HR Manager at Carter Machinery. The 30-plus-year veteran with vast experience and knowledge in the heavy construction industry takes an active lead role in creating policies and process improvements in all areas of HR while ensuring positive employee engagement at Carter.
Montgomery, who joined The Arc Baltimore Board in 2023, is Senior Director, Finance – R&D at Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. A trusted business advisor with 20 years of experience with accounting and advisory projects in the life science industry, Montgomery previously served as Intra-Cellular’s Senior Director, Accounting Policy and SOX Compliance. Her public accounting experience includes 16 years at Ernst & Young LLC, during which she served as Assurance Senior Manager, Governmental & Public Sector.

In addition to Bishoff and Montgomery, Tiana Wynn, a Partner at SB & Company, LLC – one of the country’s largest minority public accounting firms, will continue to serve as President of The Arc Baltimore’s Board of Directors. Robbie Thompson, an Assurance Partner at EY, will continue to serve as Treasurer.
“Each of these individuals brings tremendous skills and experience to our Board, which will be instrumental in continuing to advance the mission of The Arc Baltimore,” says The Arc’s Chief Executive Officer, Kathleen McNally Durkin. “While we will continue to see new challenges and opportunities in the coming year, I am very confident we are up to the task with the leadership of our Board.”

The Arc Baltimore’s election of Board officers and directors for 2025-26 took place during its Annual Meeting, which preceded its Catalyst for Change Awards. Kicking off its year-long 75th anniversary celebration, the Catalyst for Change Awards provided an opportunity for The Arc Baltimore to recognize individuals who have gone the extra mile in their commitment and service to the organization, as well as those people with developmental disabilities who are recipients of The Arc’s programs and services.
Since 1949, The Arc Baltimore has been supporting people with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives with a sense of belonging, purpose, and meaningful relationships. With more than 800 full- and part-time employees, The Arc Baltimore provides employment training and support, day and residential services, family support and education, treatment foster care, assistive technology services, respite care, and public policy advocacy.
