Accuweather predicts some showers Thursday during the day, with thunderstorms possible Thursday evening, with a 60 percent chance of rain or storms on Friday and Saturday.

WBAL-TV says there will be a 30 percent chance of rain on Friday and Sunday, but says you should expect it to be warm, with highs in the 70s and 80s all weekend. Perfect weather for a festival.
