Wiener Walk Towson 2022 Set For Sunday

A walk for "wiener dogs" will be held in Towson this weekend.

TOWSON, MD — The second annual Wiener Walk is set for this weekend in Towson and will draw "hot dogs" from around the region to Patriot Plaza.

Last year's inaugural Wiener Walk Towson drew 26 dachshunds from Maryland and surrounding states, according to the Towson Times, which reported longhaired, shorthaired, purebred and mixed-breed dachshunds participated.

Wiener Walk Towson will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, at Patriot Plaza (near the Baltimore County Circuit Courthouse, which is at 401 Bosley Avenue). People can gather at 1:15 p.m. to get to know other dachshunds and their handlers before the walk begins.
