Shooting Suspect Arrested On Attempted Murder Charges: Baltimore County Police
A shooting suspect was arrested on attempted murder charges, Baltimore County police said. He is being held without bond.

WOODLAWN, MD — A Woodlawn shooting suspect was arrested recently, authorities said.
The Baltimore County Police Department announced Sunday that it arrested 47-year-old Charles Pettus Jr. of Owings Mills.
Officers said the shooting happened Saturday around 1:10 a.m. in Woodlawn's 6400 block of Gilmore Street.

Authorities said the victim walked into a nearby hospital suffering from one gunshot wound to the thigh and was later released.
Court records show that Pettus was charged with eight misdemeanors and three felonies: attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault.

Judge Leo Ryan Jr. on Monday ordered Pettus to be held without bond, the case file says.
