• Officer Indicted In Crash That Killed Bailiff (patch.com) — A local Prince George’s County police officer from Upper Marlboro has been indicted on multiple vehicular manslaughter and DUI-related charges after a Route 301 crash that killed a district court bailiff last summer. Investigators say the victim’s car was struck while crossing northbound Route 301 near Missouri Avenue, and prosecutors have now formally brought charges following the months-long investigation.
