Police Arrest Man in Ft. Washington 7-Eleven Robbery

Police arrested an armed robbery suspect in Upper Marlboro on Friday.

 

A suspect in an armed robbery that occurred on January 30 was arrested on Friday in Upper Marlboro. 

According to county police, a warrant that was issued for Erick Hasheem Warrick’s arrest on June 28 alleged he had entered a 7-Eleven located in the 9400 block of Livingston Road in Fort Washington, armed with a handgun, and demanded money from the register.

Officials say Warrick was scheduled to appear at the in Upper Marlboro for an unrelated matter on Friday, July 6, and when he appeared at the hearing, he was taken into custody. 

Warrick is charged with armed robbery, robbery, first and second degree assault, use of a firearm while committing a violent crime, illegal possession of a handgun and theft under $100. He is currently in the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections, according to officials.
