An Upper Marlboro man is facing attempted murder charges after the Prince George's County Office of the Sheriff arrested him Tuesday for allegedly attacking a man with a machete. <a href="http://www.gazette.net/article/20120419/NEWS/704199743/1029/upper-marlboro-man-arrested-tuesday-for-alleged-machete-attack&amp;template=gazette" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">According to The Gazette</a>, deputies said Eddie Ivey, 59, may have struck another man in the head with a machete on April 10 in Suitland. Ivey, of the 9300 block of D'Arcy Road, is facing several charges— attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault and use of a dangerous weapon.
