Founded by hospitality professional Anthony Williams, Bark &amp; Sip is the first of its kind in Upper Marlboro, MD—a safe, joyful gathering spot for dog lovers, families, and neighbors. The suspect took off running after the incident, but police identified him from images and found him. Police have identified the suspect as 20-year-old Justin Moore. He has been charged with assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
