Carroll County Government: TRAFFIC ALERT - Carroll County Roads

On Thursday, November 25, 2021 between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM the Y in Central Maryland Hill Yin Westminster will be hosting a Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot Charity SK Run/Walk in the Carroll County area.

One main route will be used for the event which will consist of a 3 .1 mile route. The event will start at the Hill Yin Westminster and end at Carroll Community College. At various intervals during the event, MD 32 northbound will be closed from MD 97 to Hook Road. Traffic will be maintained on MD 32 southbound at all times during the event.

Portable Message signs will be used to alert motorists of road closures and request the use of alternate routes for MD 32. However, motorists should use caution and be aware of these other roadway users.

Motorists are asked to use alternate routes to avoid delays. The Y in Central Maryland Hill Y in Westminster thanks motorists for their patience and cooperation and reminds them to use caution while driving through these areas.
