Carroll Lutheran Village Celebrates 13 Consecutive Years as Carroll's Best

Westminster, MD – Carroll Lutheran Village has been recognized by Carroll County Times readers as Carroll’s Best in three categories—Best Retirement Community, Best Assisted Living and Best Nursing Home—marking 13 consecutive years of excellence.
