Fedder Expands Offerings at 140 Village Shopping Center in Westminster with Gym and Restaurant
Crunch Fitness and Brewery Fire set to open after the holiday season

OWINGS MILLS, MARYLANDβDecember 11, 2025βMoving beyond traditional retail and offering convenient one-stop shopping experiences for fitness and dining, Fedder Management Corporation, a Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate management and development company, announced today the signed leases of Crunch Fitness and Brewery Fire at 140 Village Shopping Center that is conveniently located at the intersection of Routes 140 and 97 in Westminster, Maryland. Both tenants plan to open early first quarter of 2026.

Crunch Fitness leased 35,000 square feet, replacing a national discount retailer. As construction finishes, the national gym chain has a membership sales office open at 536-A Jermor Lane to accept new membership signups ahead of its anticipated January 2026 opening.

Brewery Fire, a local microbrewery based in Taneytown, Maryland, will expand its brand with a new restaurant and taphouse at 140 Village Shopping Center. Leasing 2,700 square feet, the new concept will bring its craft beer and unique menu about 13 miles closer to Westminster residents.
Brewery Fire joins the company of other on-property restaurants, including Five Guys, Subway, Blue Point Crab House, Mission BBQ, Genovaβs, Liberatoreβs and Dunkin.
