Lowe Enterprises is constructing a 14-story apartment building with approximately 195 units on the site of what is known as the 'Computer Building' on Georgia Avenue. The BB&amp;T Bank will be built on the west side of University Boulevard across from the Giant at Westfield Wheaton.
