Team members maintain landscaping, clear away litter, provide directions for visitors, and more in Wheaton's downtown area. Patch asked Joe Callaway, the Wheaton Urban District's chief operations officer, to share something about what the team does that residents and visitors might not know about. His answer? The Clean and Safe Team hotline: 240-777-8120. A superviser is always available to answer calls, Callaway wrote in an email to Patch.
