Woman Robbed At Gunpoint At Westfield Wheaton Mall: Police
Three men followed a woman from the food court to the parking garage and robbed her at the Westfield Wheaton Mall, police said.

WHEATON, MD — Police are searching for three men who allegedly followed a woman from the food court to the parking garage and robbed her at gunpoint at the Westfield Wheaton Mall.
Police said the incident occurred at about 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11. The woman told officers she was at the food court when three men followed her to the stairwell entrance of a parking garage. One of the suspects was armed with a handgun and all of the men had masks covering their faces, police said.
One man assaulted the woman and threatened her with the gun while another man removed her wallet from her pants. The third suspect acted as a lookout during the robbery, police said. The suspects then fled from the area.

The suspect who was armed with a handgun is described by police as a Hispanic male in his late teens, 5’ 5” tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black and white Adidas tennis shoes and had a black backpack.
Police describe the second suspect as a black male who is 5’ 8” tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He has black eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a black hoodie, dark blue pants, orange shoes and had a black backpack.

The third suspect is described as a black male. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and had a black backpack, police said.
Anyone with information regarding the suspects or this armed robbery is asked to call police at 240-773-5530. Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest in this case.
