• White Oak Martial Arts Business Owner Faces Eviction After Repeated Sewage Leaks (mymcmedia.org) — A White Oak martial arts studio owner says repeated sewage leaks from an upstairs business have damaged expensive training mats and driven away students, and now he’s facing possible eviction after withholding part of his rent. The disabled veteran, who teaches local children, refugees, and wounded veterans, has started a small GoFundMe and filed legal action while trying to keep the gym open past a January eviction deadline.
