MASSACHUSETTS — Massachusetts residents are told to be on the lookout for pills containing fentanyl, the Drug Enforcement Administration said after seizing some.

The pills are shaped to look like green alien heads and purple grenades, the DEA said, issuing a warning.

The pills were first found in southern Maine, but could also be around New England, the DEA said.
