Deerfield

This "beautifully preserved colonial village" provides a living history experience that visitors love as well as hiking, river rafting, and more.

Orleans

Here's a Cape Cod destination for those looking for natural beauty without the big crowds. Orleans also sports plenty of bookstores, art galleries, and locally owned restaurants.

North Adams

Head to the northern Berkshires to visit North Adams, which is home to MASS MoCA, one of the largest contemporary art museums in the country. Its downtown is replete with cafes, galleries, and creative workspaces.

Hingham
