MA Airport Ranks Among Best In The Nation In Customer Satisfaction, New Study Says
North American airports were ranked according to their efficiency and hassle.

MASSACHUSETTS — Boston Logan Airport was ranked among the best mega airports in the country, according to a J.D. Power study.
The firm's 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study draws on feedback from more than 30,000 U.S. or Canadian travelers between July 2024 and July 2025. The study was broken into three categories — mega airports, large airports and medium airports.
Mega airports are defined as those with 33 million or more passengers each year, while large airports are those with 10 to 32.9 million passengers each year, and medium airports are those with 4.5 to 9.9 million passengers each year.

Logan Airport ranked No. 10 among other mega airports in North America, scoring 608 points out of 1,000 for its overall customer satisfaction index rating.

However, Logan was not too far off the top spot. Topping the list for mega airports was Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, which ranked highest for the second year in a row. The Midwest airport had a score of 660, only 42 points off the Bay State's international airport.
John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, ranked highest for large airports, while Indianapolis International Airport ranked highest for medium airports.
