Massachusetts Breweries Celebrate Beer Week Packed With Events

BOSTON — Ironically, the week leading up to St. Patrick's Day will have Massachusetts filled to the brim with beer-inspired events for this year's Beer Week celebration.

With over 210 participating breweries, the Massachusetts Brewers Guild says Beer Weeks is designed to shine a bright spotlight on all the craft beer made throughout the Commonwealth.

From March 5 through March 12, local breweries will host events and classes focused on craft beer for all to enjoy. From pinball tournaments to Simpsons-inspired trivia to beer mug painting, this week will have beer-lovers running to their favorite local spot for a good pint.

Limited quantities of Mass Beer Week glassware will also be sold at participating member breweries between March 5 - 12.

March 7:

• Knockout Pinball Tournament - Bearmoose Brewing Company, 1934 Revere Beach Parkway, Everett from 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm.
• Beer-Themed Trivia Night - Bone Up Brewing Company, 38 Norman St, Everett from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

March 8:

• Mass Beer Week Women In Beer Panel - Harpoon Brewery, 306 Northern Ave, Boston, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
