Mike Allen Named Executive Director at Epoch Senior Living's Waterstone at Wellesley

Boston, Mass. – EPOCH Senior Living, a premier provider of exceptional senior living services throughout the Northeast, has announced that Mike Allen has joined Waterstone at Wellesley as its Executive Director. Located in the suburbs of Boston, Waterstone at Wellesley is a senior living facility offering sophisticated independent living and assisted living to seniors 62 years old or older.

Allen brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in senior living and healthcare operations, serving in various roles as an Executive Director, Regional Director, and Vice President of Operations. Throughout his career, he has overseen, opened, and stabilized multiple new communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College.

Allen succeeds Devon Sicard, who was recently promoted to senior management as Regional Director of Operations for Waterstone.
