Paula Abdul Stops By Central MA Eatery: Report

Abdul was around for her friend Frank Caprio's funeral, according to MetroWest Daily News.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — Paula Abdul was spotted at a Central Massachusetts restaurant Saturday, the MetroWest Daily News reported.

The former Laker Girl and American Idol judge posed for a picture with members of the staff at Harry's Restaurant on Route 9 in Westborough, according to the MetroWest Daily News.

"Abdul was in the region to attend the funeral of a friend, Frank Caprio, a noted judge in Providence," the outlet reported. "He is known for the reality television show 'Caught in Providence' He died after a battle with cancer. His funeral was Aug. 28. Abdul was in attendance."

Considered the "nicest judge in the world," according to his website, Caprio was known "for his fairness, compassion, and dedication to justice."
