Unclaimed MA Lottery Tickets Getting Closer To Expiration: Report

Two separate tickets totaling more than $1 million have yet to be claimed by winners.

MASSACHUSETTS — Two winning Powerball tickets of $1 million and $50,000 have yet to be claimed and are in danger of expiring soon, according to a report from Boston 25 News.

Both tickets were purchased within the first week of April last year at convenience stores in Methuen and North Reading. They are set to expire one year from the date of the drawings. Winnings up to $103,000 can be claimed at one of six Lottery claim centers Braintree, Dorchester, Lawrence, New Bedford, West Springfield and Worcester.
