MASSACHUSETTS — Welcome to Patch's weekly round up of food and restaurant news in Massachusetts, where we review openings, closings and more in the state's dining scene.

Worcester residents have likely spotted what could presumably be, at first glance, nightmare fuel atop a local eatery. A deeper dive from Patch editor Jessie Castellano found that the crustacean sitting on top of The Sole Proprietor is named Buster, dubbed “the world’s largest inflatable crab.”

It’s all part of an annual tradition to celebrate crab month in July. The restaurant at 118 Highland St. is serving up all things crustacean with a full menu of crab appetizers and entrees.
