1 Hospitalized After Overnight Shooting In Worcester
The victim told police that the shooting occurred while he and the suspect were driving separate vehicles along I-290 West to Route 146 South. The victim was reportedly shot in the leg at approximately 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.

An abandoned vehicle was reportedly found deep in the woods at Freetown-Fall River State Forest on Saturday, with the remains of the two people nearby. A suicide note was also discovered. The remains were transferred to the Chief Medical Examiner for Investigation.

Amy Morrell, 53, collapsed after she was kicked in the chest by a 14-year-old female student at Meadowridge Academy in Swansea. She was hospitalized overnight before dying the next day. The juvenile was originally charged with Assault and Battery causing Serious Bodily Injury.
Police Investigating String Of Cash Register Robberies At 4 Boston Stores
In each instance, police said the thief pretended to buy something before grabbing the cash register when the employee opened it and fleeing with the cash inside. The suspect was described as wearing black pants, with a black surgical mask, as well as a black puffer jacket with a hood. The robberies took place at stores on River Street and Fairmount Avenue in Hyde Park, Parker Street in Roxbury and Heath Street in Jamaica Plain.
