This voyage was one of 21 scheduled free trips on Boston Harbor for area youth and teens. For more on this story, click here.
2. FUN WITH BUGS: Come see hundreds of native caterpillars on July 27 at The Discovery Museums. Naturalist/Photographer and caterpillar expert Sam Jaffe will be here to show off and tell us about dozens of species including some of the largest, spiniest, wacky, weird, and deceptive species you never knew were hiding in your own backyards. See open air live caterpillars, use digital microscopes and do some caterpillar arts and crafts! Learn more about Sam's work with caterpillars at www.spjaffe.com.
