Acton Man Faces Assault and Battery Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department from a female who was sobbing at a Davis Road residence resulted in the arrest of a local man.
According to Acton police, the call was received just before 2 a.m. and the dispatcher could hear the woman saying "don't hurt me."
The woman was able to give an address of 23 Davis Road before the call was disconnected.
Verizon security was called but they were unable to locate a number or address of the call.
Two officers responded to the residence and reported the call came from apartment A15 of the given address.
After an investigation was completed, Michael Paquin, 27, of the given address, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
The arresting officer was Michael Eracieo.
