Acton Man Faces Domestic Violence Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Acton Police Department on May 11 regarding a domestic issue resulted in the arrest of a local man.

At about 1:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to Jay Lane for a report of a verbal, domestic problem.

After officers arrived and completed an investigation, David J Jr. Nerrow, 46, of 1 Jay Lane, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
