Acton Woman Arrested on Second OUI Charge

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on May 7 resulted in the arrest of a local woman.
Just before 4:30 p.m., officers received a report of a motorist who drank three nips while sitting in her car in the CVS parking lot.
The vehicle headed east on Route 2A.

The responding officer stopped the motorist in the Donelan's parking lot.
After an investigation was completed, Christine A. Marshall, 54, of 221 Central St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).
