Local Woman Faces Assault Charge in Acton

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 911 call to the Acton Police Department on July 2 that was cutting in and out resulted in the arrest of a local woman.

During the call the dispatcher could hear yelling in the background and sent officers to Grist Mill Road.

After responding officers completed an investigation, Beverly J. Frattali, 58, of 17 Grist Mill Road, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

She was arraigned at Concord District Court.

The arresting officer was James Goodemote.
