Stow Man Arrested in Acton on Multiple Warrants

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A report of a suspicious male on Great Road on June 22 in Acton resulted in the arrest of a Stow resident.

At about 9:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to 87 Great Road to answer the report.

After an investigation was completed, Brian Flannery, 31, of 101 Lowell Drive, was arrested for having multiple warrants out for his arrest from the Lincoln Police Department.

The warrants were for:

  • operating under the influence;
  • assault and battery;
  • malicious destruction;
  • operating after revocation;
  • operating after revocation subsequent offense.
In other police news from June 22:
  • An officer responded to Great Road for a report of a dog being left in a vehicle by the owner.
  • Officers were dispatched to Davis Road for a report of a domestic issue. Officers reported it was verbal only.
  • A Harris Street resident reported being threatened from a neighbor in the building.
