Two Local Men Arrested on Separate Domestic Charges in Acton
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call to the Acton Police Department on July 19 just before 7:40 p.m. resulted in the arrest of a local man.
Officers were dispatched to a Great Road residence after receiving the domestic call.
After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, Danny A. Olvera, 36, of 380B Great Road, Apt. 304, was arrested and charged with:
- Assault and battery;
- Intimidating a witness.
The arresting officer was John Collins.
Also on July 19, Acton police received a second domestic call, this time just before 9:40 p.m. from an Oneida Road residence.
After completing an investigation, responding officers arrested David J. Getsick, 46, of 20 Oneida Road, and charged him with assault and battery.
He was scheduled to be arraigned at Concord District Court on July 22.
The arresting officer was Luke Penney.
