A Storm Brews Over the Craft Fair

Those at the "Crafts in the Park" event in Andover center were worried when ominous clouds hovered over them on Saturday afternoon. Despite the signs of an imminent storm, the craft fair patrons and vendors did not get drenched as the rain waited until the event was over.
