Andover 6-Year-Old Boy Named Jr. King at Topsfield Fair
Every year the Topsfield Fair hosts a pageant for children between the ages of 5 – 8 years old to become the Junior King and Queen.

Six Year-Old Austin Krafton of Andover, Massachusetts was crowned the 2015 Topsfield Fair’s Junior King on Saturday at the annual Junior King and Queen Pageant. Every year the Topsfield Fair hosts a pageant for children between the ages of 5 – 8 years old to become the Junior King and Queen and serve as a representative of the Fair at local parades and other events throughout the year.

Each contestant, who were asked to dress casually, were interviewed on stage and judged according to general appearance, conduct, and personality.
Krafton, and Junior Queen, Angelina Tamberino of Haverhill each received a trophy and a new bike as winners of the pageant. The Topsfield Fair runs through Columbus Day, Oct. 12.
