ANDOVER, MA — The Select Board voted at its Tuesday night meeting to approve a measure reducing the speed limit to 25 mph for an additional 16 roads, according to The Eagle-Tribune. Last year, the town approved reducing the speed limit from 30 mph to 25 mph in thickly settled parts of town.

One of the roads that will have a lower speed limit is Elm Street, where a 78-year-old woman was struck and killed last year.
