Andover Garden Club Presents “Wreaths for Every Season”

At its November 4 meeting, the Andover Garden Club will present “Wreaths for Every Season,” a program that will include a wreath-making demonstration and a slide show depicting wreaths for different seasons. Three wreaths will be raffled off at the end of the meeting.

About the Presenter

Susan Nock is the owner of Thistle, a garden-design firm based in Wellesley MA. Nock specializes in residential garden design, bespoke container gardens for high-end residential and commercial clients in Boston’s MetroWest communities, and garden education.

Her award-winning container gardens have been featured in multiple publications, and she won the Garden Gate 2024 Container Challenge. A regular presenter at garden clubs across New England, she was one of the featured speakers at the Massachusetts Horticultural Society’s 2025 New England Garden Show. She also lectures, leads workshops, and writes articles on gardening.

When, Where, and How

The event will be held at South Church (41 Central Street, Andover MA) on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. It will begin at 10:00 AM with social time and refreshments, followed by a brief business meeting. The presentation will start at approximately 11:00 AM.

The public is encouraged to take advantage of this program. A $10 donation is requested of nonmembers.

About the Andover Garden Club

Founded in 1927, the Andover Garden Club is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that encourages the study and practice of horticulture, landscape design, and floral design; aids in the beautification of the town of Andover; and helps protect and conserve natural resources. A member of the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts, Inc., and National Garden Clubs, Inc., the club provides both financial and hands-on support to a variety of municipal, educational, and environmental organizations throughout the region.
