The Andover Holiday Market returns to South Church, Andover, on Saturday, December 6th, from 12-6. The Holiday Market is the primary fundraiser for the Andover Farmers Market (AFM) and proceeds will benefit both the Andover Farmers Market and the Village Food Hub. The Market features indoor and outdoor activities, including a juried Artisan Market with local artisans and food producers, live music, children’s activities, a beer and wine garden, fresh food, lots of opportunities for taking holiday photos, and more.

Andover Holiday Market activities include:

• Shop Small for Holiday Gifts at the Indoor & Outdoor Artisan and Food Market
• Mix and Mingle at the Outdoor Beer & Wine Garden
• Fuel Up at the Outdoor “Food Court” featuring seafood, BBQ, vegan chili, sweet treats, Sicilian specialties, and a hot cocoa bar
• Buy raffle tickets to support food justice efforts and a chance to win items donated by vendors and the community
• Play with Sidney’s Rainbows & Village Playspace
• Make wreaths with Samantha’s Gardens
• Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus (12 – 3; 4:30 – 5)
• Visit with Olaf (3 – 4:30)
• Enjoy Live Music
• Take Holiday Photos
• Donate food to the Village Food Hub

One of the highlights of the Andover Holiday Market is the outdoor Beer & Wine Garden and pop-up food court, anchored by Oak & Iron Brewery and Marble Ridge Winery. Andover’s local brewery, Oak & Iron, will be serving up beer, hard seltzer, and (non-alcoholic) mulled cider, and will have a collection of merchandise, including hats, sweatshirts, and glasses. Local winery Marble Ridge will have wine and merchandise for sale and will be serving up their wines, including their famous hot mulled wine, which promises to take any chill away.

The Holiday Market also includes a raffle with items from the Holiday Market vendors and the local community. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Village Food Hub in Ballard Vale and earmarked to support the Andover Farmers Market SNAP Match program. SNAP Match is also available at the Holiday Market.

The Market will also be collecting food for the Village Food Hub; there will be donation boxes near the entrance. There is also a suggested $2 donation per person and/or a $10 donation per family to benefit the Andover Farmers Market.

The Market promises heating lamps, holiday lights, and a festive environment and invites everyone to bundle up, spread some cheer, and give back to our local community.
