Andover To Remember 9/11 With Saturday Ceremony

Four residents lost their lives in the attacks 20 years ago Saturday.

ANDOVER, MA — Andover will remember the victims of the 9/11 attacks Saturday in a ceremony at the town hall.

The morning ceremony will take place on the 20th anniversary of the events that killed nearly 3,000 people, including four from Andover and over 200 from Massachusetts.

"On Saturday, September 11, 2021, the town will host a 20th-anniversary commemoration ceremony to remember and reflect on the lives we lost on September 11, 2001, especially four Andover residents," the town said.

The ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. at 36 Bartlet Street.
