The Warriors took down Central Catholic Thanksgiving Day morning, 22-19, after playing a close game in front of a crowd of nearly 7,000 at Lovely Stadium at the high school. The turkey day win will also push the Warriors into the Division 1 playoffs. They will face St. John's Prep on Tuesday in the north semi-finals. Warriors defensive coordinator Shawn Theriault said that the team was able to get ahead of Central when, after scoring their second touchdown, they faked a field goal and went for the 2-point conversion to put Raiders out of reach. The score at the half was 14-10. Check back tomorrow morning for a full article on the game.
