Andover Town Hall Renovations Begin, Some Offices Relocate

A project on the second floor has required some town offices to temporarily relocate.

ANDOVER, MA — The second floor of Andover Town Offices will be temporarily closed as part of a long-planned renovation project, according to the town.

The project, which begins this month, is intended "to improve the accessibility and functionality of public spaces within the building."

The project is expected to last approximately 10 months.

The following departments will temporarily relocate and operate at full capacity from Old Town Hall at 20 Main St.:

  • Treasurer’s Office – 978-623-8940
  • Town Clerk’s Office – 978-623-8230
  • Assessor’s Office – 978-623-8930

The relocation of impacted offices to Old Town Hall will take place from Thursday, June 5, through Monday, June 9. During this period, staff will continue to be available at Town Offices to assist residents.
