Arson Investigated on Cross Street

The following are excerpts from the  log. The log is open to the public.

Monday, Nov. 21

At 9:19 a.m. a motor vehicle accident was reported in front of the Andover Animal Hospital on Lowell Street. No injuries were reported.

At 11:57 p.m. police arrested Khasin Lopez, 21, 1044 Essex St., Lawrence, on North Main Street. Lopez was charged with speeding, operating under the influence of liquor and operating to endanger.

Tuesday, Nov. 22

At 1:22 a.m. police arrested Maureen P. Donnellan, 149 Kendrick Ave., Quincy, on Marland Street. Donnellan was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

At 8:31 a.m. police investigated a report of arson in a bathroom on Cross Street.

At 12:41 p.m. a minor car accident on Railroad Street with no injuries was reported.

At 2:02 p.m. a caller reported that her cell phone was stolen from her vehicle on Andover Street.

At 6:54 p.m. a hit and run accident was reported on Spring Valley Drive.
