Bruins Legend Ray Bourque Pleads Not Guilty of DUI

The Bruins star allegedly had three times the legal blood-alcohol content.

Former Boston Bruins star Ray Bourque pleaded not guilty to a drunken driving charge on Monday in Lawrence District Court.

Bourque, 55, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol following a collision with a minivan in an Andover construction zone, according to the Eagle-Tribune.

The Tribune reported that Bourque’s blood-alcohol level was 0.249, which is three times the legal limit. He allegedly told police that he had had a few drinks at the Andover Country Club.
