Car Attacked with Chocolate Balloons

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

At 6:31 a.m. a caller reported that his motor vehicle was broken into overnight at the on Old River Road.

At 7:34 a.m. a guest at the reported that a motor vehicle was broken into overnight.

At 8:12 a.m. a minor motor vehicle accident was reported on River Road.

At 12:46 p.m. the Plants and Facilities Department was notified about the lights at Shawsheen Plaza not working correctly.

At 2:10 p.m. a motorist reported two young boys who threw water balloons filled with chocolate at his car while he was driving on Blanchard Street.

At 8:21 a.m. a dispute with movers was reported on Tewksbury Street. The caller said that she felt threatened by movers. The caller was told that this was a civil matter.
