Car Break-In Reported on High Street
The police log for Saturday, April 30, and Sunday, May 1, contained one arrest and several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Saturday, April 30
- At 12:02 a.m. police took home two kids who were skateboarding down North Main Street.
- At 2:31 a.m. a motor vehicle break-in was reported on High Street.
- At 11:40 a.m. a small campfire was reported in a wooded area off South Main Street.
- At 7:24 p.m. a Harold Parker Road resident reported that his neighbor cut down a tree and dumped the debris on the caller’s property.

- At 12:18 a.m. police arrested Jerry Nelson, 20, of 27 North Glenway Ave., Randolph, near Merrimack College. Nelson was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
- At 3:39 p.m. a motorist’s vehicle was disabled by a large rock on Gray Road.
- At 8:40 p.m. a white dog running loose was reported in the Andover Street area.
