Charging Raccoon Reported on Argilla Road

Friday, Nov. 4

At 3:24 a.m. an officer reported a phone line that was down on Tewksbury Street.
At 5:57 a.m. a caller reported that the wheels on her car were stolen on Brookside Drive.

At 6:45 p.m. the responded to a call of a generator on fire on Johnson Road.
At 12 p.m. a student on Shawsheen Road was found in possession of marijuana.
At 12:32 p.m. a caller reported that someone went through her vehicle overnight and stole her wallet on Torr Street.

Saturday, Nov. 5
At 9:45 a.m. a caller reported a raccoon that was charged at people on Argilla Road. The animal eventually left the yard.
At 11:23 a.m. a caller reported that her unoccupied house was broken into on Elm Street sometime in the past month.
At 6 p.m. a strong smell of natural gas was reported on Railroad Street.
Sunday, Nov. 6
At 12:41 a.m. police arrested Thomas R. Lambert, 54, of 4 Park St., Lowell, on River Road. Lambert was charged with failing to drive in the right lane and operating under the influence of liquor.
At 1:55 a.m. police arrested Nathan J. Fragala, 26, of 14 Rolling Ridge Lane, Methuen, on South Main Street. Fragala was charged with assault and battery on a household member and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. A caller had reported a male hitting a female outside of a vehicle on South Main Street.
At 11:13 a.m. threats were reported on Cherrywood Circle.
At 12:01 p.m. the railroad company reported kids on all terrain vehicles driving around the railroad tracks between Interstate 93 and Lowell Junction Road. An officer spoke with the riders and cleared the area.
At 7:59 p.m. a car crash with no injuries was reported on South Main Street.
